We are located at the Delta County Animal Complex Adoption and Training Center 1 Block behind 41 Lumber --Escanaba Mi. The Bay de Noc Kennel Club was formed in June, 1992. We offer a wide variety of services to the dog-loving community. We are a licensed UKC obedience and agility club. Members in the club include people involved professionally with dogs breeders, trainers, veterinarians, people involved in competitive dog events, and people who just enjoy having a dog. We have members who are interested in and compete in conformation, agility, tracking, obedience, weight pull, rally, flyball, lure coursing and hunting. Members include owners of both purebred and mixed breed dogs (mixed breed dogs must be spayed or neutered). We offer weekly puppy and adult obedience classes , classes in agility and rally. We have occasional classes in tracking, flyball and conformaton. Click the buttons above to find out more about activities and schedules.
If you own a dog, or want to own a dog, the Bay de Noc Kennel Club may be for you! Membership is open to all. Membership fees are: $25.00 per year per family $20.00 for a single $15.00 for a junior member (under 18 years of age) *************************** The next obedience class with openings will start in March or April 2010, -sorry all classes until then are full. Please call or email anyone at the bottom of this page to put your name on the list for the class.
Puppy classes every Wednesday, at 6:30 PM These are ongoing classes so you do not need to sign up ahead of time Fees for puppy class are $5.00 per visit.
NEXT BEGINNERS AGILITY CLASS WILL START in March or April 2010 (sorry all classes until then are full). We accept puppies 10 weeks and older in agility classes --we will not allow puppies to jump but they can easily learn all the equipment. We will also have an advanced class starting on Jan 11 2010 -Both classes are limited to 8 dogs/handler teams. Pet Portrait Tiles
Would you like a tile picture of your pet on permanent display in the Animal Shelter, or the new Bay De Noc Kennel Club building or a tile to display in your home? We are offering a color or black and white picture of your pet with a caption on a 6" X 6" ceramic tile to be placed in the building of your choice. There is a $50.00 one time fee for this service. Proceeds will be used by the Bay De Noc Kennel Club for the Delta County Animal Complex and Training Center. These tiles can be in honor of a pet or pets
